1. About These Terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses txseptictankpumping.com (the "site"), and to businesses that buy a listing plan. By using the site you agree to them.

2. What the Site Is

TX Septic Tank Pumping is an independent directory of septic tank pumping companies. We do not carry out septic tank pumping or any other work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business listed on the site.

3. Information on the Site

Listings are compiled from public business information and may be incomplete or out of date. Rankings use the Pump Score described on our methodology page. Prices shown are typical guide ranges, not quotes. Always confirm prices, insurance and qualifications directly with the business before booking.

4. Choosing a Septic Company

You are responsible for choosing and checking any business you hire. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, conduct, pricing or availability of any listed business.

5. Business Listings

Basic listings are free and compiled from public data. To claim a listing, or to change its details, description, hours or photos, the business must hold an active paid plan. Businesses may ask us to remove their listing at any time through our contact page. We may edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, misleading or closed.

6. Paid Plans

• Plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• All payments are non-refundable, including part months. You can cancel the automatic monthly payment at any time and you will not be charged again. Full details are in our Billing & Refund Policy.
• You can cancel at any time. Paid features stop at the end of the current billing month; your basic listing stays on the site.
• Paid plans never change a business's Pump Score or its position in the ranked lists. Paid placements are always labelled.
• Followed website links are provided while a Featured or Premium plan is active.
• Content you supply (descriptions, logos, claims of trade body membership) must be accurate and yours to use. We may ask for proof and remove anything we cannot verify.
• Premium places are limited per county and allocated first come, first served.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, submit false information or try to interfere with the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes affecting paid plans will be emailed to subscribers in advance.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
