Billing & Refund Policy

1. Plans and Prices

Basic listings on TX Septic Tank Pumping are free. To claim a listing or change its details you need a paid plan:

• Claimed: $10 a month (excluding any applicable tax)
• Featured: $25 a month (excluding any applicable tax)
• Premium: $50 a month (excluding any applicable tax)

2. How You Are Billed

• Payments are taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your plan is billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up.
• Your plan renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
• We update your listing after payment, once we have checked you own or manage the business.

3. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This includes the first month, part months, months where the plan was not used and plans cancelled early. We do not offer refunds or credits for any period already paid for.

4. Cancel Your Auto Payment Any Time

• There is no contract and no minimum term. You can stop the automatic monthly payment at any time.
• To cancel, use the link in your Stripe receipt email or contact us and we will cancel it for you.
• Once cancelled you will not be charged again. Your paid features stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• After that your listing goes back to a free basic listing. It is not deleted.

5. Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days. If it still cannot be taken, your paid features are switched off and your listing goes back to a basic listing.

6. Price Changes

We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price change. You can cancel before the new price applies.
